Description
Art Deco sapphire platinum ring in 18 karat (750) white gold and platinum. Octagonal Art Deco ring with an old mine cut diamond, approx. 0.20 carat. The diamond is surrounded by triangular faceted synthetic sapphires. The ring features the geometric shapes typical of the Art Deco period. Art Deco ring, circa 1930, France.
Eagle head hallmark and dog head hallmark (French State hallmarks for 18-karat gold and platinum); goldsmith’s hallmark of Sanne Joannès (active in Lyon and Paris between 1923 and 1946), numbered inside the ring.
