Do you offer sizing on your rings?
We offer sizing on rings for which it is possible (some rings cannot be modified, this is specified in the product sheet).
How much does the sizing cost ?
For a modification of 1 to 2 sizes, we offer the sizing. Above, count 40€ to 70€, the price can vary according to the ring and the thickness of the ring, the quantity of gold varying.
How long does it take to do a ring sizing ?
In general it takes about a week. If you are in a hurry let us know and we will see what can be done.
Shipping
How do you ship to Metropolitan France?
We ship free of charge the day after the order in Colissimo registered with insurance, signature and delivered in person. If you want an express delivery, you can choose a Chronopost delivery before 1pm the next day which will be charged 30€.
What about international shipments?
To Europe: shipments are made by registered mail with insurance, signature and hand-delivered. They are free for orders over 300€ and are charged 15€ below this amount. If you want an Express delivery, you can choose the option which will be charged 30€.
To the World: the shipments are made by registered mail with insurance, signature and hand-delivered. They are free for orders over 600€ and are charged 30€ below this amount. If you want an Express delivery, you can choose the option which will be charged 45€.
International shipments take about 6-9 days to be delivered but events beyond our control may increase this time to 15-20 days. For an express shipment with UPS or Fedex the delivery takes 1 to 5 days.
Payment
Do you offer payment in installments?
Yes, it is possible to pay in installments. The payment is spread over time, giving you the possibility to divide the cost in several installments.
What are your rules for paying in installments?
It is possible to pay in installments for items over 300€. We require a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of order, and that the jewel be paid within 60 days for jewels under 500€, or within 90 days for those over 500€.
How does the payment in several times work ?
You make the request and we agree together on the monthly instalments. At the beginning of each month you proceed to the payment, by card or transfer. After the complete payment, the jewel is sent to you.
What are your return conditions?
You can return the jewel purchased from us within 14 days after the date of receipt, under the same conditions as for the shipment. The buyer pays the return shipping costs.
Do you take credit cards?
Yes we accept payment cards with our partner Stripe

Is it possible to buy a box because it is for a gift?
All of our jewelry is shipped in boxes, so you can make your gift!
Do your pendants come with a chain?
The pendants are sold without a chain unless specified in the ad. If you wish to accompany your pendant with a chain, we have a dedicated section.
About our jewelry
What is the condition of the jewelry you sell?
All our jewelry is second hand, some of them are more than a century old, that’s why they all show signs of wear. We specify on all our sheets the exact condition of the jewelry so that you have a precise idea of what you are buying. These sheets are completed by detailed photos and any obvious sign of wear and tear cannot be used against us.
Is your jewelry guaranteed and certified?
Our jewelry and its stones are not guaranteed or certified, unless a laboratory certificate accompanies the jewelry and this will be specified in the card. All stones are verified by a gemmologist graduated from the National Institute of Gemology in Paris. The jewels are thoroughly checked and we will never sell a damaged jewel without specifying it in the listing.
Are all your pieces hallmarked?
The rules of hallmarking differ from one country of manufacture to another. In France, the most common hallmark is the eagle’s head, attesting to 18 karat gold (750/1000). Some old or foreign coins may not be hallmarked, in which case they are checked with jewelry acid to verify the purity of the metal. They may also have been stamped later by the customs and in this case it is an owl that will be inscribed.
