Turquoise half hoop ring in 14 karat pink gold adorned with 5 prong-set turquoise pearls. Foreign work from the end of the 19th century, Victorian period.

Description

Victorian turquoise half hoop ring : ring in 14 karat pink gold centered with 5 aligned turquoise pearls. Turquoises have different shades which is a good sign : the color of the stone is due to the copper and when the blue has slightly green tints it is because the copper has oxidized a little. This therefore means that the stones have not undergone a stabilization treatment with resin.

A resizing has been carried out on the ring

Note: It is advisable not to put the turquoises under water as this can alter the copper and therefore the color.

Scallop hallmark, 14k hallmark, H. hallmark. Foreign work, late 19th century, Victorian period.

Finger size 50 or 5.25 (can be changed)

Gross weight 1.52 gr
