Antique French Perpignan garnet bracelet
Description
Antique French Perpignan garnet bracelet in 18 karat rose gold. A beautiful bracelet formed of pink gold strands that cross each other, the ends decorated with garnets. The bangle is hollow. It is decorated with an important round garnet surrounded by eight garnets, forming a stylized floral pattern. The pattern is framed by two other garnets. The gems are in the so-called “Perpignan” cut, it is a rose cut with a flat bottom. They have a beautiful raspberry red color, typical of Perpignan garnets. The garnets are setted in a closed setting. The setting is delicately decorated with triangular figures in V, on the edges, the bottom of the bezels is curved. The clasp is with a safety chain.
