Description
Victorian gimmel wedding ring in yellow gold 18 karats (750). It opens and is fixed by interlocking rings. It was traditionally engraved with the names of the bride and groom and/or the date of the wedding. This one is blank. The ring is decorated with fine chiselling on the contour. French ring from the 19th century.
Marked with a horse’s head (1838-1919)
