Description
Augis ring More than yesterday Less than tomorrow: love ring in 18k yellow gold, the “+” sign adorned with an 8/8 diamond and the “-” sign with two calibrated rubies. All surrounded by round pink sapphires. The ring is surmounted by a matt gold medal mentioning the quote taken from a letter from Rosmonde Gérard, the poet, to his love Edmond Rostand, the author of Cyrano de Bergerac: “Because, see you, every day I love you more, Today more than yesterday and much less than tomorrow”.
Inspired by these two lovers, Alphonse Augis takes up these lines in his “love medals” by condensing them into “more than yesterday – tomorrow”.
