Description

Victorian Switzerland enamel locket in rose gold 18 karats. This antique medallion is decorated with an enamelled landscape representing a bridge over a river lined with pine trees. The landscape is surrounded by garlands of ivy leaves also enamelled. The pendant opens to conceal a photograph or a lock of hair that can be attached with a gold circle. Swiss jewel, probably Geneva, circa 1850. 

Hallmark and countermark guaranteed department (1838-1919). Import.

Dimensions : 38 mm (including the clasp) x 29 mm x 6 mm 

Condition : Minor scratches from use and missing enamel 

Weight : 6,26 gr
