Victorian gold and glass locket
Description
Victorian gold and glass locket in 18 karat yellow gold. A photo or a lock of hair can be slipped between the two glasses. The upper part, under the clamp, can be unscrewed to open the pendant. The outline is decorated with green gold intersecting ribbons, symbol of attachment and affection. French jewel from the end of the 19th century.
Marked with an eagle’s head partially erased.
