Description
Victorian Flemish diamond cross. This beautiful regional cross is set with ten diamonds on foils, four of these diamonds are smaller and surround the main diamond. The setting is delicately decorated with zig zag friezes, the outline of the setting is enamelled black. On the reverse, the back of the cross is domed. Flemish regional cross, worn in the regions from Compiègne to Lille through Amiens and Belgium. Period 19th century, France.
