More: Silesian wire jewelry began around 1798 in Gleiwitz, almost 20 years before cast-iron jewelry from Berlin. These jewels are made from fine, interwoven wires. It is very rare to find this type of jewelry in good condition, as the iron oxidizes, causing rust. To preserve jewelry, it’s best to avoid humidity and, above all, not to immerse it in water.

Retro Tank Topaz Ring made of silver (925) with a bezel-set topaz of blue color in the center of the ring with geometric lines. The ring is also worked in openwork. Foreign work, end of the Retro period.

Victorian paste stone enamel pendant. This pendant is composed in the upper part of a white enamelled flower with black dots surrounded by four faceted pink paste stones imitating topaz. This motif is linked to a central element by three chains set with past stones and fine half pearls. The central element, the most important, is composed of an oval faceted pink paste stones, framed by four enamelled flowers and four foiled paste stones. It supports two drop-shaped pendants. French jewel of the Second Empire, circa 1860, Victorian period.
