Description
Edwardian turquoise flower ring, forget-me-not flower made in 18 karat yellow gold. The flower is a forget-me-not flower decorated with 6 turquoise cabochons surrounding a small pearl. The stones are besel-set in a corolla-shaped structure, taking up the floral theme. A fine work of carving adorns the shoulders of the ring. The forget-me-not flower was in fashion circa 1900 as sentimental and romantic jewelry. Parisian work from the beginning of the 20th century, Art Nouveau France.
