Description
Vintage emerald diamond ring made of 18 karats yellow and white gold. It splits into two strands, one centered with an oval emerald set with four prongs. The other in white gold, adorned with 15 small brilliant diamonds. Jewel from the 1980s, vintage ring.
The emerald has natural inclusions called “gardens”. The emerald is, most of the time, filled with small frosts composed of water, this is due to its hydrothermal origin (water-based) in veins rich in chromium (giving its color) and beryllium (giving its structure). It is therefore quite common to find these inclusions in this particular stone.
