Art Deco jade brooch by J.Auricoste in 18 karat (750) gold. Art Deco brooch set in its centre with a jade cabochon framed by two geometric motifs influenced by Chinese iconography. These motifs, taken from Asian art, are enamelled in black. The brooch is a barrette. Brooch from the 1930s, Art Deco period, France.
Eagle head hallmark and JA goldsmith’s hallmark, probably that of Joseph Auricoste, who worked for René Boivin.
