Description

Belle Epoque garnet ring crafted in 18 karat gold (750) and platinum. This stylish Belle Époque ring features an oval-shaped garnet set with six prongs. The garnet boasts an intense red color often referred to as “wine lees.” The ring is enhanced by a platinum border decorated with raised points (where the metal imitates the sparkle of diamonds). The shoulders of the ring are subtly adorned with delicate stylized leaves. This ring was made in France around 1910.

Hallmark: Owl (French state hallmark for 18-karat gold).
