Payments

It is possible to pay for items over €300 in installments. The payment is spread over time, allowing you to divide the cost into several payments.

We require a 25% deposit at the time of order, which is non-refundable, and the jewel must be paid for either within 60 days for jewels under €500 or within 90 days for those over €500.

To take advantage of this installment payment option, you must request it and we will agree on the monthly payments together. At the beginning of each month, you will make the payment by card or bank transfer. Once the payment is complete, the jewel will be sent to you.

How does it work?
Choose Alma when paying. You can pay 3 times without fees.
Enter your bank details as you would for a normal payment.
Order validation is instant.
You will then receive an email with the payment schedule and a reminder 3 days before each payment due date.

Eligibility conditions:
This type of payment is available for all orders between €100 and €2000.
Accepted cards are Visa, Mastercard, and Amex cards issued in France.
Prepaid, virtual, and systematic authorization cards are not accepted.

Shipping

To Metropolitan France:
We ship for free the next day after the order is placed via Colissimo with insurance, signature, and hand delivery. If you want express delivery, you can choose Chronopost delivery before 1 pm the next day, which will be charged €30.

To Europe:
Shipments are made with insurance, signature, and hand delivery. They are free for orders over €300 and cost €15 for orders under this amount. If you want express delivery, you can choose the option, which will be charged €30.

To the Rest of the World:
Shipments are made with insurance, signature, and hand delivery. They are free for orders over €600 and cost €30 for orders under this amount. If you want express delivery, you can choose the option, which will be charged €45.

International shipments take approximately 6-9 days to be delivered, but independent events may extend this period to 15-20 days. For express shipping with UPS or FedEx, delivery takes 1-5 days.

Returns

In the European Union:
You can return the jewel purchased from us within 14 days of receipt, in the same condition as it was sent. The buyer pays the return shipping costs. It is not possible to return a jewel that has been personalized: resized, engraved, or stone changed. The return is only possible if no personalization was requested by the customer.
