Victorian enamel locket pendant in 18 karat gold. Napoleon III period medallion pendant decorated with guilloché blue enamel in a pattern of flower garlands and a laurel frieze. The medallion opens to hold a sentimental item, such as a photograph. The reverse side has a radiant chiseled pattern. Antique medallion, circa 1860, France.
Horse head hallmark, 18k mark, and numbering
