Wave diamond brooch in platinum and 18 karat gold. Brooch forming a scrolling wave or stylized feather motif, entirely set with 78 old-cut diamonds. The estimated total diamond weight is 4 carats. This piece of jewelry was created at the end of the Art Deco period, but before the modernist trend, hence its curved and voluminous shapes. Brooch from the 1940s, France.
Eagle's head hallmark, dog's head hallmark and partially legible goldsmith's hallmark (probably from the Montier & Pujol house, active between 1920 and 1959)
