Who are we

Maison Mohs is the story of a meeting around a common passion: that of antique jewelry, witnesses of traditions and French know-how. Since its creation in 2021, our house embodies a love of beauty, authenticity and sustainability.

With rich and complementary backgrounds – in galleries, auction houses or company management – we have combined our expertise to breathe new life into unique pieces, steeped in history. We believe in the timelessness of antique jewelry, capable of spanning eras while remaining profoundly modern.

Angeline Song

Angéline Chanson is our gemologist, specialized in antique jewelry. After studying law and art history, she chose to specialize in the art market. Her career began in 2015 in an auction house, where she developed a passion for the world of jewelry and met Céline Moret, without knowing that their paths would cross again.

She then enriched her expertise by working in galleries in Saint-Germain-des-Prés. Eager to deepen her technical knowledge, she obtained her gemmologist diploma from the Institut National de Gemmologie in Paris.

In 2021, Angéline and Céline reunited and created Maison Mohs, attracted by a shared vision around jewelry, art and history. Today, she puts her eye to the service of selecting and promoting antique French jewelry and helps guarantee your purchases at Maison Mohs.

Celine Moret

It was after various experiences in galleries and auction houses that she launched her first company in e-commerce. She met Angéline in 2016 while she was running her second company.

In 2020, she enriched her initial law/art history background with a diploma at GIA specializing in the sale of stones. After a few years of discussing shared passions, she joined forces with Angéline in 2021 and founded Maison Mohs.

Today, she manages the company and promotes antique French jewelry to the general public. She received the Marcus Prize, a prize for young merchants involved in heritage, for the year 2025.
