Size adjustment
We offer resizing on rings for which it is possible (some rings cannot be modified, this is specified in the product sheet).
For a modification of 1 to 2 sizes, we offer resizing. Above, count 25€ / size . For any modification request beyond 4 sizes, contact us to obtain a feasibility quote.
Usually it takes five days. If you are in a hurry, let us know and we will see what can be done with the workshop.
Shipments
We ship within 24 hours by registered Colissimo with insurance and delivery against signature. The cost of transport is €10 .
If you want an "Express" delivery, you can choose the Chronopost option for next day delivery. This option is only possible if the order is placed before 4 p.m. Delivery is not guaranteed from Friday to Saturday. The cost of transport is €30 .
Important: Shipments are made on weekdays. In the event of a trade fair, shipments may be postponed to a later date (specified on the website). We are in no way responsible for delivery delays from partner companies.
To Europe : shipments are made by registered Colissimo with insurance and delivery against signature. The cost of transport is €15 .
If you want an "Express" delivery, you can choose the Chronopost option for delivery within 48 to 72 hours. The cost of transport is €40 .
To the World : shipments are made via DHL , registered with insurance and delivery against signature. The cost of transport is €35 .
If you want " Express " delivery, you can choose the option which will cost €60 .
Important: International shipments take 6-9 days to be delivered. Express shipments take 2-3 days. Shipments are made on weekdays on working days. In case of a trade fair, shipments may be postponed to a later date (specified on the website). We are not responsible for delivery delays from partner companies. We reserve the right to choose DHL or Fedex for our international shipments. Customs fees may apply upon arrival in your country, we cannot be held responsible for them.
All our packages are insured by private insurance, at 100% of the order value. If the loss or theft of your package is certified by the delivery company, you will be fully refunded.
Payment
Yes , it is possible to pay in several installments. Either with our partner Alma, in which case the jewel is shipped to you as for a classic sale; Or by agreement, directly with us (payment via bank transfers or PayPal). Payment is spread over time, giving you the possibility of dividing the cost into several installments.
Payments with Alma : payment with Alma in several installments is eligible for baskets ranging from €300 to €3,000
The cards accepted are cards issued in France such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Prepaid, virtual and systematic authorization cards are not accepted.
On the payment page, select “Pay in installments with Alma”. You will then be redirected to a payment page where you will need to enter your bank details as for a standard payment. You will find a summary of your upcoming payments there. You will then receive a summary email with the schedule of your payments, then a reminder email 3 days before each payment.

Payments by transfer or PayPal : the jewel is held until full payment . The first payment is a deposit that will be retained in the event of cancellation of the sale, to compensate for the months the jewel was blocked.
Returns
You can return the jewelry purchased from us within 14 days after the date of receipt , under the same conditions as those of the shipment. The buyer pays the return costs. After checking the condition of the jewelry, and if it is in the same condition as the condition in which it was sold, a refund will be made to you within one week.
Important : in accordance with the law, personalized jewelry cannot be returned (resizing, engraving, modification).

Pendants are sold without a chain unless otherwise specified in the listing. If you would like to accompany your pendant with a chain, we have a dedicated section .
About our jewelry
All our jewelry is second-hand and antique pieces, some are more than a century old, which is why they all show signs of wear. We specify on all our sheets the exact condition of the jewelry so that you have a clear idea of what you are buying. These sheets are completed by detailed photos and any obvious and reported sign of wear cannot be a reason held against us.
All our jewelry is delivered with a certificate for insurance value. It includes a photo, a complete description of the jewelry, the purchase price and the customer's address. All our stones are appraised by our gemologist, a graduate of the National Institute of Gemmology in Paris. Some stones are accompanied by a French laboratory certificate (this is then specified in the jewelry sheet). The jewelry is carefully checked, a condition report accompanies each description.
Yes. In France, the most classic hallmark is the eagle's head or the owl, attesting to 18 karat gold (750/1000). Some older hallmarks guarantee the grade of 18k gold (horse's head, ram's head). Hallmarking is a legal obligation.
All our jewelry is hallmarked and verified. In France, hallmarking of gold, platinum and silver works is mandatory. Eagle head and owl hallmarks for 18 karat gold jewelry, dog head and mascaron hallmarks for platinum and Minerva, crab and swan hallmarks for silver.
Certain pieces may be exempt from this rule: jewelry that is too fragile, jewelry from the 18th century and earlier.
Unfortunately, we do not take reservations for jewelry unless a firm deposit is paid.
Place
We are based in France, in Paris. We do not have a store but we receive by appointment, in our showroom, in the Marais. It is possible to make an appointment online for a fitting or an evaluation of your jewelry.
All our jewelry is purchased in France, but the jewelry travels and may sometimes have been created abroad.
