Retro ruby diamond compact powder in sterling silver and vermeil. The case is in silver, decorated in the centre with a large vermeil band with a floral composition in a vase. The flowers are decorated with six ruby cabochons and eight rose-cut diamonds.
The powder case contains a bevelled mirror. It opens in two parts. French work in the taste of Boucheron Paris, circa 1945.

Horse head hallmark (1838-1919) and illegible goldsmith’s hallmark
Jade cocktail ring in blackened 18 karat gold. The ring is adorned with a rose flower made of rubies, blooming on a plate of jade (variety Maw Sit Sit) of an intense green. The plate is surrounded by a green gradation of tsavorite garnets. The ring is made entirely of blackened gold, with an openwork wave pattern, encrusted with black diamonds. Contemporary ring attributed to Wendy Yue, unsigned.
Hallmark 750 inside the ring and Edinburgh hallmark
The main stone is a Maw Sit Sit jade belonging to the jadeite category. The only existing deposit is in Burma, it is a stone composed of six different minerals very rich in chromium which gives it its intense green color. It is extremely rare to find it in jewelry.

Austrian poppy flower brooch in 14 karat white gold. Retro brooch forming a poppy with pink agate petals, tinted. The heart of the flower is made of onyx centered with an old cut diamond. The leaves are finely executed in nephrite jade. The agate, onyx and nephrite have been carved by hand. The white gold stem is set with five rose-cut diamonds. Art Nouveau enamel brooch in yellow gold 18 karats. Brooch of triangular form with lines in “whiplash”, decorated with flowers of iris in the center. The work on the gold is particularly strong and delicate. In the openwork parts, the goldsmith has applied an enamel called “plique à jour” of a mauve color. The enamel is unevenly deposited and slightly milky. On the reverse side, the brooch is chiseled with a floral motif that also gives it movement. In the lower part, a hoop was added afterwards, which allows the brooch to be worn as a pendant. Brooch – pendant in plique enamel of the Art Nouveau period, circa 1910.

Jugendstil enamelled brooch in silver (800). Antique triangular brooch forming a stylised butterfly. The jewel is centered of a faceted purple glass imitating the amethyst. The brooch is also enamelled, taking the colors of a gradient going from the light pink to the purple. The three enameled bands frame the central stone. The brooch has the lines of the German Art Nouveau period, the Jugendstil. On the reverse, the jewel bears a monogram MM. Authentic head jewel, this 19th century hairstyle accessory will adorn and sublimate your hair and give it a romantic final touch.
Gemological point: it is a gem of organic origin. Only the branched calcareous trunks of certain corals are used in jewellery. Its colour is due to organic pigments close to carotene: varying from blood red to white, passing by the pink “angel skin”.
Fashion point: in the 19th century, women wore their hair in twists on the top of their heads and in curls, hanging from each side of the face. They added a comb, flowers, leaves or jewelled ribbons to their hairstyle.
Georgian cut steel polished bracelet dating from the first part of the 19th century. Bracelet with eight rows of steel beads of round and oblong shape. The pearls are faceted making the light shimmers. The clasp is in the form of a stylized bouquet of flowers, decorated with faceted and riveted steel studs.
