French Georgian heart pendant in rose gold 18 karats. Element of regional necklace in the shape of heart. It is in hollow gold, decorated with a stamped bouquet of flowers. The heart is curved and lets pass through on the back a black cord. Originally, this heart was worn as a “coulant” or “coulisse”, accompanying an important gold cross, all worn with a black velvet ribbon.
