Description
A la francaise gold ring in 18 karat yellow gold. Antique ring known as “à la française” set with faceted glass (paste). Eight are green and four are pink paste stones. The one in the center is red. Stylized leaves decorate the shoulders of the ring. Antique regional ring, early 19th century, France.
Ram’s head hallmark (active between 1819-1838) and goldsmith’s hallmark erased
Finger size: 55 EU or 7.25 US (can be resized at the risk of losing the old hallmark)
Dimensions of the motif : 10 x 20 mm
Condition : soldering under the ring, partially discoloured foil
