Victorian French silver paste necklace in silver (800 thousandths). It is composed of links decorated with round faceted paste stones framed with stylized leaves. The necklace holds a large silver plate with floral decoration, holding a drop-shaped pendant, topped with leaves. The whole is entirely decorated with paste stones on foils, of white or slightly yellow color. The necklace closes with a ratchet box with a leaf motif. Limoges porcelain Victorian pin in rose gold 18 karats and gilt metal. Antique Victorian pin decorated with a plate of porcelain of Limoges. The plate is shuttle-shaped and is decorated with a young woman, in a romantic spirit of the late 19th century. The plate is in closed setting. The central decoration is surrounded by twenty half pearls. The metal pin was added later, perhaps following a ring transformation. Antique jewel from the late 19th century.

Antique cameo ring gold and bronze, the ring in gold 18 karats. The oval bezel is in gilt bronze. It is decorated with a man in profile, probably a Roman emperor, in an entourage of writing, now illegible. The soulders and ring is made of 18 karat gold, after the central profile. Ring for man or woman, mixed jewellery.

Victorian fob seal pendant in yellow gold 18 karats (750 thousandths) and silver.
This pendant in the form of stirrup is decorated with a seal made of citrine wich turns on itself. It is composed of two intertwined strands, one in silver, the other in gold. They form a knot in the center of the composition. The citrine is engraved on two of its sides with an inscription in Persian language and on the third with gothic initials.

Commemorative ring Napoleon III Emperor. This is a simple ring in bronze. On the inside, it bears the inscription “Napoleon III Emperor”. The message is highlighted by a dotted frieze. The inscription is partially faded. This is due to the wear and use of the ring by its former wearer. Some rare models of this ring exist with the date “1863”. Memorial jewel, circa 1860.

Gemological point: it is a gem of organic origin. Only the branched calcareous trunks of certain corals are used in jewellery. Its colour is due to organic pigments close to carotene: varying from blood red to white, passing by the pink “angel skin”.
Fashion point: in the 19th century, women wore their hair in twists on the top of their heads and in curls, hanging from each side of the face. They added a comb, flowers, leaves or jewelled ribbons to their hairstyle.
