Vintage Augis ring
Vintage Augis ring in 18 karat yellow gold. The ring is centered on a smooth-edged Augis medal, set on a setting that enhances the medal, with a striated, radiating surround. This ring bears the inscription “plus qu'hier moins que demain”, the “+” is adorned with a small diamond and the “-” is adorned with two calibrated synthetic rubies. The inscription refers to a quotation from a letter from Rosmonde Gérard, the poetess, to her love Edmond Rostand, the author of Cyrano de Bergerac: “For, you see, every day I love you more, Today more than yesterday and much less than tomorrow”. Inspired by these two lovers, Alphonse Augis used these verses in his “medailles d'amour”, condensing them to “+ qu'hier - que demain”. The ring's shoulders are decorated with palmettes. To mainland France :
We ship within 24 hours by registered Colissimo with insurance and delivery against signature. The cost of transport is €10 .
If you want an "Express" delivery, you can choose the Chronopost option for next day delivery. This option is only possible if the order is placed before 4 p.m. Delivery is not guaranteed from Friday to Saturday. The cost of transport is €30 .
Important: Shipments are made on weekdays on working days. In case of a trade fair, shipments may be postponed to a later date (specified on the website). We are in no way responsible for delivery delays from partner companies.
To Europe : shipments are made by registered Colissimo with insurance and delivery against signature. The cost of transport is €15 .
If you want an "Express" delivery, you can choose the Chronopost option for delivery within 48 to 72 hours. The cost of transport is €40 .
To the World : shipments are made via DHL , registered with insurance and delivery against signature. The cost of transport is €35 .
If you want " Express " delivery, you can choose the option which will cost €60 .
Important: International shipments take 6-9 days to be delivered. Express shipments take 2-3 days. Shipments are made on weekdays on working days. In case of a trade fair, shipments may be postponed to a later date (specified on the website). We are not responsible for delivery delays from partner companies. We reserve the right to choose DHL or Fedex for our international shipments. Customs fees may apply upon arrival in your country, we cannot be held responsible for them.
All our jewelry is delivered with a certificate for insurance value. It includes a photo, a complete description of the jewelry, the purchase price and the customer's address. All our stones are appraised by our gemologist, a graduate of the National Institute of Gemmology in Paris. Some stones are accompanied by a French laboratory certificate (this is then specified in the jewelry sheet). The jewelry is carefully checked, a condition report accompanies each description.
