Topaz and diamond ring

Topaz and diamond ring in yellow and white gold 18 karats. Ring with an important blue topaz of oval cut. The shoulders of the ring are decorated with fine gadroons including a white gold band on which are set two diamonds. A diamond is also set on one side of the ring. Second-hand ring from the 1980s.
Owl hallmark, mark 750 inside the ring and illegible hallmark.
