Ruby bird brooch in 18 karat gold. Vintage brooch featuring a bird, its eye set with a 0.01 ct round faceted ruby. The body and wings have finely chased plumage, creating a textured effect and interplay of light on the gold. The clasp system consists of a pin with a safety catch. Vintage animal brooch, circa 1960-1970, Italy.
Marked 750 with a foreign, probably Italian, maker's mark.
