Micromosaic bulla locket pendant in 22 karat gold micro-mosaic flower pendant. Pendant composed of an oval central micro-mosaic medallion featuring a bouquet of flowers, with a blue, red, and white leaf-patterned surround. On the reverse, an object or photograph can be hidden behind a gold-rimmed glass. The jewel holds three movable drop-shaped pendants at the bottom. The setting is decorated with granulation and twisted wirework. The large, articulated bail features a matching decoration of gold spheres and filigree. Neo-Etruscan pendant, mid-19th century, Italy
