Victorian cherub enamel ring

Victorian cherub enamel ring in 18 karat gold. Antique ring featuring an elongated rectangular plaque. The center showcases an enamel miniature depicting a standing cherub (or putto) against an azure blue background, draped in a floral garland. The scene is framed by a black enamel border adorned with delicate foliage motifs and accented with 8 rose-cut diamonds. The shank is beautifully detailed with openwork scroll and spiral motifs. Antique ring, circa 1860–1880.
