Riding helmet pendant in 18 karat gold. This pendant depicts a riding helmet, decorated with grooves. Formerly called a "toque" but increasingly referred to as a helmet, it is the head protection worn by riders while horseback riding. Pendant attributed to Gaétan de Percin, circa 1960, France.
