Round photo holder pendant in 18 karat (750 thousandths) rose gold. This circular medallion opens by unscrewing the upper part and allows you to slide a souvenir, a photo between the two glass parts. One part is smooth, the other beveled. The gold circle is decorated with yellow gold crosses symbolizing attachment. French photo holder medallion, early 20th century.
