Art Nouveau August medal in 18-karat gold. The August anniversary pendant is adorned with two dandelion flowers and centered with a glass cabochon imitating bloodstone. The word "August" is cut out in an openwork design on the pendant. The reverse is engraved with the monogram LL. Antique pendant from the early 20th century, Art Nouveau period, France.
