Edwardian heart-shaped pendant in 14 karat gold and platinum. Pendant adorned with plant lines forming a heart, set with rose-cut diamonds and a fine pearl in its center. The central part is crossed by a bar set with calibrated rubies. Antique pendant, circa 1900.
