Bee pin brooches in 18 karat gold. Set of three small bees, each with a cabochon garnet eye. The three insects screw into fabric using a spiral mechanism. One of the brooches is larger than the others. Set of three bee brooches, Italy, circa 1950.

Note: the pins are attached using a spiral system.
