Lapis lazuli ball ring in 18 karat (750 thousandths) yellow gold. Dome ring worked in openwork festoons, topped with a rotating lapis lazuli sphere. Modern French ring, circa 1970. Jewel with system or mechanism.
Eagle head hallmark. Partially erased goldsmith's hallmark.
