Animal Barzoï brooch in 18 karat gold and diamonds. Brooch depicting two Borzoi side by side, one looking back, the other looking up at the sky. Both dogs wear a platinum collar set with six 8/8-cut diamonds (a common detail in jewelry of the time). The chiseled gold mimics the dogs' fur, a common technique in jewelry from the 1960s and 1970s. Vintage brooch, circa 1960, Italy.
