Victorian photo gold locket
Description
Victorian photo gold locket of oval shape in 18 karat yellow and pink gold. A photo or a lock of hair can be slipped between the two beveled glasses, maintained by a gold ring. The upper part, under the bail, unscrews to open the pendant. The pink gold outline is decorated with yellow gold braces. French work from the end of the 19th century.
Eagle’s head hallmark.
