A large silver openwork rosette pendant, studded with enamels, foiled garnets and pearls. Jewels of the middle of the 19th century.

Description

Rosette garnet and pearl pendant with white enamel on silver. This circular pendant entirely openwork and imitating the pattern of a stained glass is decorated with faceted foiled garnets, sometimes round sometimes square, of pink-purple shade. In the center, petals are enamelled in white forming a flower pattern. Sixteen seed pearls all over the medallion. On the reverse, a flower is chiseled in the center. The ring is in yellow gold 18 karats. French neo-gothic jewel from the second half of the 19th century.
