The twisted elements hold in pampille of the golden scrolls decorated with a natural pearl. A stone imitating sapphire (doublet garnet/glass) adorns the centre of the composition, decorated on both sides with laurel leaves holding scrolls adorned with a fine pearl. The medallion opens and bears the inscriptions “souvenir de mon excellente mère” (in memory of my excellente mother) and “26 septembre 1869”. A photo and a lock of hair can be slipped inside the jewel and protected by glass vent. It is a jewel of feeling, a jewel of mourning to remember a loved one who has passed away. The locket feels rich in hand with its substantial weight (22.5g) and its large size. Antique locket, French Second Empire period, Victorian period, France.

On the left, there is a navy anchor representing hope; in the center, a heart on fire symbolizing charity and finally on the right the cross representing faith. The three virtues are represented in gold on a blue enamel background. The ring is openwork with eleven raised dots. The latter allowed the wearer to scratch his tens serving as a rosary. Antique ring of the 19th century.

The rock crystal is polished and set in closed, the contour of the setting is worked in pearl. The ring is thin and without decoration. The ring probably comes from a transformation of pin.
